INSTRUCTIONS FOR GETTING MOOD ICONS TO SHOW UP AND STUFF
First off, do you have a paid account? Beause only users with paid accounts can use the below instructions, as I don't know how the free users get custom moods.
Right click and save the following zip(s) you want. Do not just left-click. Thanks!
Here are all the Pevensies images conveniently in a zip file! (560k, note: alternate moods NOT included)
Here are all the Stargate SG-1 images conveniently in a zip file! (950k)
Here are all the Stargate SG-1 mood deux images conveniently in a zip file! (630k)
Here are all the Xena: Warrior Princess mood images conveniently in a zip file! (605k)
Currently, the LotR and DBZ moods do not have a zip file, so you'll just have to click and save on the previous page (the page where they are all displayed). I'm sorry. :(
1. Upload all the images (132 of 'em) to a server that provides remote linking. No remote linking, no point.
2. Okay, now you've got them all nice and in your ftp space (woopeeee!), and now you want to use your internet browser and go to http://www.livejournal.com/admin/console
3. Are you there? Great. See the comment type box? That's where you will now type (exactly, letter for letter): moodtheme_create "Bonster's LotR Moods 1" "LotR moods galore"
Or for the Dragon Ball Z, the Pevensies, Stargate SG-1, Stargate SG-1 Moods Deux, or Xena: Warrior Princess moods: moodtheme_create "Bonster's DBZ Moods" "DBZ moods" or moodtheme_create "Bonster's Pevensies Moods" "Pevensies moods" or moodtheme_create "Bonster's SG1 moods" "Stargate SG-1 Moods" or moodtheme_create "Bonster's SG1 moods deux" "Stargate SG-1 Moods Deux" or moodtheme_create "Bonster's Xena moods" "Xena Moods".
4. Click "execute". Side note (very lame joke ahead): This does not kill the mood.
5. You will now be given a Mood theme ID number. Write it down, copy and paste it, something. Keep track of it. Tis very important.
6. Next go to this link for the lotr moods

and copy and paste all of the info that's on the page into some sort of document program where you can use the "replace all" option.
7. Replace all "moodthemeIDnumber" with the Mood theme ID number you retrieved from the admin site (better not have lost it!)
8. Replace all "whereyouuploadedthem" with, erm, the server where you uploaded the images, say photobucket.com for instance (if you need a free host).
9. Now go back to the admin/console page and copy and paste all of that new info you have, and click execute. The next page should show a vast amount of basically what you just typed, in rather neat boxes. No images will appear yet.
10. Now you go to modify your journal and its selected mood theme. Go down to your moods there, and at the bottom of the list of options, should be "Bonster's LotR Moods 1", "Bonster's DBZ Moods", "Bonster's Pevensies Moods", "Bonster's SG1 Moods", "Bonster's SG1 moods deux", or "Bonster's Xena moods". Select it and save changes.
11. You should have new mood icons! *bounce*
